Shipping & Returns

For now, shipping is only available in the U.S. We plan to offer international shipping soon. 

All shipping and returns are free! Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. We want you to love your KIYL hat and have it fit right! If you would like to return your hat or exchange it for another size, please be sure to follow the instructions below. 

Returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order. The hats must be unworn, and free from any damages. They must be returned in their original packaging with the insert, to avoid any damage during transit. All exchanges must be handled the same way. 

We have done our best to ensure that all KIYL hats arrive to you safely and without damages. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us immediately and we will gladly make it right.
